S7 edge unresponsive with downlaod screen or black screen. Is there a fix

S7 edge unresponsive, keep getting a turqouise download screen or a black screen with four options. 1, boot normal (boots but is still unresponsive. 2. Factory reset (will loose all data) 3. Safe mode. 4 Turn phone off (actually goes off and then back on- still un resonsive).
