Computer does not recognize broken Google Pixel phone.

Screen won't turn on no matter what is attempted. USB debugging is turned off. Will not come up as a device on a computer when plugged in. Not a battery, driver or a cable issue.

Welcome to Android Central! What makes you say it isn't a battery issue? I'd suspect either a battery or motherboard failure. If the phone can't power on, it won't be recognized by your computer. Is the phone still under warranty?
