Huawei p20 lite. Issue with the accessibility menu

My phone keeps displaying thr accessibility options randomly when I am using it. Have tried doing a factory reset but the menu keeps coming up . Any ideas thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Have you actually gone to Settings>Accessibility and made sure all of those options are turned off? Some accessibility options can be activated by certain button press combinations.
