Cannot connect to devices on my home network, while away from my network.

I have a Note 9, and up until them most recent update, I was able to connect to devices on my home network using my mobile connection. Now the only way I can connect to my devices is to be at home, and connect to my home network. Why is this?

Do you have the router set to forward the relevant ports to the devices on the network? That's the only way that will work. (Maybe you had it set like that, but reset it?)
