I use the photo collage option on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ quite frequently.

Today when I went to use it, it just showed a black screen when I pressed "create collage". I tried updating all apps and restarting my phone, but same result.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Which is the app that manages the collage function?

I am having the same problem on Samsung Galaxy S9+. The problem happens inside the Samsung gallery app. You select some pictures, then tap create a collage, and all you get is a black screen. I have the latest version of Sansung's gallery app. In fact it is a update of this app that started the problem. The version of the app is 10.0.21.5 . We have tried clearing the cache of the gallery and camera apps.

We took the phone to Best Buy and there was a Samsung rep there who tried that and several other things. Nothing helped. He said it was probably a bug in the coding of the app. We called Samsung and they said talk to Google. Good luck with that.
