have a Galaxy S7, running Oreo. Using dark mode in msg b4 update, now recvd mgs are white on white
Like I said, I had previously been using the messaging app in dark mode and the white on white was not an issue. After I was bombarded with maybe 8 or 9 updates in 6 or 7 days recently, the text messages then started to show as white on white. I've scoured every setting on this phone looking for a setting to change, but ro no avail. Looked at several forums too and nobody really seems to have a fix for this....please help this is so annoying!!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! You're probably up to Pie, which means you're encountering the theming issue. 3rd party theme developers might not have updated their themes to be compatible with Pie. Change your theme to an official Samsung one.
