Chrome Remote Desktop issue

[Android Central Question]

I have been using Chrome Remote Desktop often and no issue BUT now it changed. When I help someone with their computer, they give me the code, and I can access their computer BUT after 5 min we get automatically disconnected and have to get another code and start again. This happens all the time ( never used to) why??? is there a setting we can change so that we do not get disconnected after 5 min?? We are both using Chromebooks ones an Acer the other an HP both fully updated and using the stable version of chrome.

I hope we can solve this it is very annoying to have to get new codes every 5 minutes
