How do you resolve Redmi note 6 pro "too many unsent multimedia messages"?

I have had this issue for sometime now. I have tried deleting all the texts and using history eraser. Does anyone know how to solve this problem with resetting the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you know if you have a lot of MMS messages that never sent? MMS means picture texts and group texts, which require mobile data, so if you didn't have mobile data on, or if mobile data reception was poor (or possibly if you hit your limit for MMS messages for the month, if that's a possibility with your plan), then a whole bunch of them might be saved up.
