Cheapest half decent android tablet with usb-c and mhl

[Android Central Question]

Looking for a tablet but must have following specs:

usb-c charging
10 inch screen min, bigger the better
Mhl so I can connect hdmi to it
Would also like if it had its own 3.5mm jack

can anyone recommend any to me?

Welcome to Android Central! The Lenovo Moto tab is close, but I don't think it supports MHL or SlimPort: walmart.com/ip/Lenovo-Moto-Tab-TB-X704A-10-1-32GB-4G-LTE-AT-T-GSM-Unlocked-Tablet-Black/

Also consider the Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus, but this also doesn't support MHL.
