You have to bring the phone into a repair shop and pay them to either clean the board up and resolder the connector or replace the connector. (That's up to the individual shop, but the port is cheap, you'll be paying for the labor, mostly. It takes more labor to clean the board up and resolder the port than to replace the board with the port on it, so it's probably cheaper if they replace the board. The port is about $4, the board is about $9 [their cost], and the labor is probably in the $50-$100 range, so it's going to cost $100 or so.)
