Supported Api 3

[Android Central Question]

It's not letting me go to the part where you're able to reload from a cloud if not booting up it is just turn on I'm just trying to figure out what does that supported API 3 mean how do you fix that

Mind reading is not our speciality. How about some more information? What's not letting you get to the part...……? Where do you see API3? WHat are you trying to do? AFAIK supported API 3 refers to bootloader being locked.
