My Samsung tab a won’t charge with y splitter

[Android Central Question]

I’m trying to use my tablet as a Mac tool. I have a micro Ian split to two usb female. One to connect my external antanna and the other for power supply. I can get it to charge? Any thoughts? Antanna is getting power.
