On MetroPCS. Cant send husband MMS on network OR Wifi. We are on same acct.

We run a business so I HAVE to be able to send photos. it just in the last couple months stopped allowing me to send. It says he "stopped file from sending" but it shows up small and blurry on his phone. You cannot expand it either.

I had major issues with this phone earlier this year and this is my 3rd factory exchange device. HELP!!!!

Ok so you have a 4G LTE
It populated a APN
Try resetting APN , 3 dots upper right corner, if that dont work try going phone settings >apps reset app preference

hey! something we did fixed it. Thank you so much! I looked at the APN and it looked like I saw on the Motorola site so I think that did it!!! As in the reset did its thing and now it is working.
