what is causing a power overlay

I have a power overlay when charging starts or when stops

......I would love to attach a screenshot so help there too please

little frustrated in case needed to know

Welcome to the forums. That's probably caused by an app that you downloaded. Do you have any battery booster, ram cleaner or antivirus installed? The file name of your screenshot shows incomplete, do you have any translator app installed?

I've seen that posted several times before in the forums. Start uninstalling apps one by one until the problem goes away.

Which antivirus do you have installed?

That looks like a antivirus app it has security in it which Samsung don't use like that , make sure it's not set as device administrator

Malwarebytes is a respected antivirus and, in theory, shouldn't be the cause for that popup. Try the steps included in the guide a linked above and tell us how it goes.

Also, see which apps have the 'draw over other apps' permission enabled. I'm not sure the right step for this setting on Samsung devices, let me check with other team members.
