Samsung Tab S3 problem after android pie update

[Android Central Question]

I am from Cyberjaya Malaysia. Updated android pie installed then on reboot unable to enter to the previous profile. it asked me to enter the password but no keyboard appear thus I could not enter the profile and use the tablet?? any anyone has similar problem after the update??

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed over-the-air, or did you download an update file from a website and install it manually?
