What Should My New Phone Be, Im looking for $300 Or Down.

I Recently got a bad crack on my moto g(6), it is still useable. when i look into screen repairs it costs more than to just get a new one, I never fell in love with that phone. I would like some recommendations, I need at least 3gb of ram but the most for the price would be best.

Details: 3gb ram or more, qualcomm snapdragon 460 or better (Or Other Processors), [deletion of possibly libellous content].

I would pick Motorola or google pixel 2xl maybe pixel 3a if you swing it.
