    A faulty SIM or SIM reader? Try reinserting the SIM.

    Welcome to Android Central! S8 or Note8? What's the exact model number? You have to make sure your particular phone variant supports the network bands that H2O uses. It might also help if you call H2O support to make sure nothing's wrong with your account, or with your SIM card.
