How to uninstall the 1UI version of my samsung J4+ into it's first version?

Updated version o what? The phone is hardware - it doesn't "get updated".

If you mean Android 8.1, you may or may not be able to. (Some Samsung phones have hardware "stop locks" - once updated, you can't go back to an earlier version.) But you can try [Guide][Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN with the New Interface.

You won't be getting any of your apps or data, so be sure to back everything up first (Use Smart Switch or see [GUIDE] Backing up an Android Device.)

Or, if you just want to change the launcher (The UI is just the launcher). look for a different launcher in Play. A lot of us use Nova Launcher.
