    My camera mini5 ginoee is writing unable to connect with the camera pleasecheck wether the camera is inuse or restart the phone.

    Your subject doesn't match your question, I'm confused. Not knowing what "it" is, we can't answer the subject question.

    As for the second - it sounds like either an app has taken over the camera module (HAVE you restarted?) or maybe the module has failed and is making the OS THINK an app has taken it over.

    If restarting the phone doesn't fix it, restart in Safe mode:


    • Start by turning off the phone by holding the Power button for a while.
    • Then press and hold Volume Up + Power key for a couple of seconds.
    • You can release held keys when you see an Android Image on the screen.


    If that fixes it, one of the apps you installed is causing the problem. If it doesn't, the camera module is probably bad, and has to be replaced.
