I am unable to recieve any pictures in text messages.

All I get is what you can see in my pic below. Frustrating.

I'm using a Samsung note 10 plus.

Turn off wifi and go into webpages

Those messages mean that they're MMS (i.e., picture texts or group texts). MMS requires mobile data, so make sure your mobile data is turned on. If it already is, then make sure your APN settings are correct for your carrier: https://www.androidcentral.com/what-...do-i-change-it

OK...did that. webpage loaded.

Ok good ,mobile data working. True clearing cache,data,force stop the message app.
