I accidently hard bricked my Moto e5 Play, and it is displaying a N/A error, I don't know how to fix it.

You'll need to flash the stock firmware

You need to reflash the ROM, for which you'll need the code from Motorola - if it's not branded Verizon or AT&T - they don't give you the unlock codes for those. If it's not, go to Unlocking the Motorola Bootloader.
