[Android Central Question]

Hello, hope someone can help me because Ive been searching for a fix for days and nothing.

I have a Samsung Galaxy On5, SM-G550T

-Whenever I turn on data, I am only getting a E. I tried the same sim card in another phone and I am able to get 3G.

-When I switch to Network Mode to 3G only, my network completely drops and a X appears over my bars.

-The APN is correct, I checked with the provider.

-mobile network type in SIM card status says EDGE

-I ran phone doctor plus app to test hardware and the cellular network test passed the Check Chip and Check Error Packet, but an X appeared in Public IP, so that might cause problems.

Any help would be appreciated

The T variant is for TMobile, and doesn't support many -

3G - 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100

4G - 2(1900), 4(1700/2100), 12(700)
