Anyone else having trouble or very poor connection with s10plus or note?

[Android Central Question]

I recently upgraded from the S9 to the S10plus. My new S10plus would not make good connection in my home, and always went into roaming. Mainly seems to affect phone calls and text messaging mostly. Phone calls get dropped, if I am lucky enough to make a call out, and messages will fail over and over again before one finally pushes through.
Sprint swapped the first S10Plus for another.. I got home, and then had the exact same issuebas the first. . Took the 2nd phone back, and I decided to try the S10 Note hoping it would be better. Nope!.. exact same issue. Never had a problem with my previous S9. My wife and daughters phones work fine, although they are apple devices. This is getting frustrating. Anyone else experience poor connection like this?

Which carrier? Is it unlocked version ?
