    Welcome to Android Central! I assume "power x phone" means the LG X Power. Do you mean that it was downloading and installing a system update over-the air, and you unplugged the power in the middle of the process? If so, did the phone suddenly power off due to low battery? It's never a good thing to shut off a phone while a system update is in progress -- that often bricks a phone. But if the phone remained powered on after unplugging it from the power outlet, then it shouldn't be a problem.

    Another possibility is that you were updating via LG Bridge on your computer, with the phone connected via USB. Did you unplug that connection in the middle of the update?
