My phone shutdown at 60%

I just bought a new battery and the phone shutdown at 60%
I tried the reset factory it doesn't work for me any help and tips . Thanks

I'm with the others, bad battery. The battery may be "new" in that you're the first user, but we see this a lot with older phones. The battery sits on a warehouse shelf for years until it's sold. During that time, it's degrading, as all batteries do, and is no longer good despite never being used.
