My G Flex 2 won't charge or turn on

[Android Central Question]

I was checking a web page when the screen of my LG G flex2 suddenly got black and nothing else happend to it for a while day. I tried all the suggested ways I found on the internet, but none of them worked for me. However, after one day I desperately tried charging it again, and this time a warning sign was displayed on the screen for a few seconds before my phone turned itself off again. So I took it to a repair shop but they couldn't do anything, and right now, when I try charging, the empty battery sign is displayed and the red LED will blink for about 15 seconds and then nothing!
Please help me! I really need my phone

Sounds like battery issue or even charging port problem..try another repair center

Welcome to Android Central! Did the repair shop think the battery needed replacement? That's what I'd do first.

No. I told the repairman that I had changed my battery a few months ago and suggested checking it, but he said that the battery is okay and the problem might be either with the charging IC or the hard. And he said that he once was able to charge my phone to 15% and turn it on, but it did not remain on for long.

I tried three different shops and waited for 3 months, but none of them could found out what the exact issue is.
