My gionee phone is showing an ID card type sign notification

[Android Central Question]

I have checked the control center but I m not getting it.
All the missed call logs has disappeared n the icons on screen are not working properly as in not showing options. Can you just help me out!?

Your thread title and actual post don't match up, basically asking two different things. Please register an account here so you can reply and give us more specific info on what the problem is. You'll also be able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing, which often helps us figure out the problem.

In general, though, that phone brand is known for being an obscure off-brand. Getting your problem fixed may be questionable.
