My Samsung Galaxy tablet won't update to the latest version of Android.

[Android Central Question]

Stuck on Android version 4.4.4 Go to about device and select update option. It checks for updates but stuck doesnt find any. Need something more recent to run a company App for customer demos.

With so little information, all I can suggest is searching XDA for rooting and romming whatever device you have.

I can also suggest that if you need it for work, maybe the company can provide you a more recent device. To expand a little more - just because a newer version of Android is available doesn't mean it's available for THAT device, Android has to be built for each device.

Yep, you'd have to root the device and search for a custom ROM based on a higher Android version to install if you really wanted it. It's not for beginners. The forums at XDA-Developers.com is a good resource for that sort of thing.
