Is someone spying on my phone?

[Android Central Question]

My boyfriends iphone sent him a notification showing his exact location and showed my name but I have an android Galaxy S7 and would never try to track him. I dont even know how that's done! His truck was pinged in much the same way about a month ago when I was on the phone with him but didn't show a name or anything on the navigation screen. Is it possible his ex has somehow tracked his phone and now has my phone info too? Any ideas or direction appreciated as quickly as possible. He thinks I'm tracking him but I'm not! And we're about to break up over this mess.
