Dumb question but why go through that rigmarole? Don't you know the log in data on your own devices?

Do you have your password stored somewhere? Maybe go through steps to reset it?
Welcome to Android Central! Who set up your wi-fi router? That person hopefully wrote down the settings and password. Otherwise, search the web for your router manual and learn how to do a full reset of the router, then set your wi-fi network back up again.
If this isn't your wi-fi network, and you're using someone else's network without their permission, then we can't help you.
