I recently installed an app to clean my phone. Now my phone is vibrating every 2 seconds.

Welcome to the forums. Which app? I'd recommend you to uninstall that cleaner app as soon as possible, most of them are useless at best.

Uninstall the app, reboot the phone, and see if that fixes it.Those cleaner apps are about worthless anyway. They don't do anything you can't already do via the phone's settings, and they usually hurt performance rather than improve it.
