    When using any app, message appears saying : "sorry we're having trouble connecting. Make sure you have a good signal and try again. If you still can't connect call us at 800-922-0204. " But the thing is I have another carrier then verizon. And its been working just fine for months and still going well. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy j3 unlocked originally trop Verizon bought on Amazon about 10 months ago. Any idea why this verizon login app is behaving this way and why now and not before? Thks

    Do you know which exact Verizon app is causing that message? If so, go to Settings>Apps, select the app, then Disable it (or Uninstall if possible).

    I force stopped it and deleted the datas but could not deactivate it. Last time I did not delete data. Maybe it will help. We will see in a few minutes.

    So the Verizon login is supposed To connect through the sim card? But i am not using verizon network connection at all. I am in a country where Verizon is not. Plus i am with a carrier called Fizz. Sim card from Fizz.

    Nope, the same message again. As I Said before. I have been with Fizz for months and everithing was ok. And now i get these messages every 10 min or so.

    Ok go to Samsung package disabler , it not free but works good to stop those type of apps instead of flashing the FIRMWARE.
