Bought a phone at flee market and didn't realize it had a pin code to open it. How do I get it to reset or get through this?
Unfortunately you can't, if you could phones wouldn't be secure.
You can do a factory reset on it, but since it still has the pin code it's almost 100% guaranteed to be tied to a Google Account so Factory Reset Protection will kick in and require the Google account and password the phone is locked to.
Possibility the phone was stolen. Usually anyone who deals with used phones won't buy them unless they were properly reset since this Factory Reset Protection has existed for over 5 years and renders the phone useless.
Your best bet it to try and return the phone.
Mistake. It's asking for trouble, and indeed you've got it.
Flee market? I think you mean flea market but on second thoughts you should have fled
