Update done but when I try to open it asks to update again

[Android Central Question]

Hello

In my Huawei phone I try to update my whatsapp, which apparently I can do.
However, when I try to open the app, the same message appears - I need to update.
This happens all the time - it never recognizes the update and asks again.
Have slightly more than 1Gb free so should be ok.

Any (urgent) ideas appreciated.

You mean in Google play store it wont update the app?
