See if you can get to Reuters on a PC or laptop - your ISP may have a problem in their path to Reuters' servers. (That's usually a temporary thing - a line goes down, so the routers on the internet have to learn the new routing. It usually doesn't take more than about 48 hours. (Remember, the internet was designed for "eveutually", not "immediately".)
