Bluetooth headphones

[Android Central Question]

I have recently purchased another Bluetooth headphone set. I can connect and hear Netflix and music. I cannot hear or receive phone calls it sounds like Transformers the noise they make. I did make sure it switched it to phone calls on the setting for the headphones. Need help figuring what its problem is.
