    I just got this phone (Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown) at the beginning of September and aside from massive amounts of scam calls/texts, I've had no issues. I am in my service plan until around October 12th and on September 29, 2019, the LTE symbol disappeared from the service bars and I no longer get mobile data. I have only used 2.39GB out of the 25GB I bought with my plan so it's not that I went over my data. It is ridiculous that I paid $50 for a service I never got the promised month use out of...
    Is this just a fluke and there's a way to reset it to get it back, or do I have to contact their shotty tech "support?" I've tried to reset it via airplane mode and that didn't work. Ugh.

    Hate to say it but you should speak to customer support. Perhaps a local tower is suffering an outage
