Android Central Question

When I turn on the phone, after entering the password pattern, the LG logo will appear on the screen but the system will not go up.
And this message appears on the screen:
Unfortunately the system UI has been stopped.

I have important information on the phone's internal storage, which I have not unfortunately backed up.

I tried to back up the phone using some software on my computer.
But the computer does not detect the phone.
It seems that you need to enable usb debugging.

How do I back up my phone information?
And then restart the phone safely?

Thanks for your

Yes that's to let you know your in safe mode , is it ok in that mode? To exit out just restart the phone.

In safe mode it gives the same error message:
Unfortunately the system UI has been stopped.

In the meantime, I can't turn off or restart the phone at all.
To turn off the phone, I had to remove the battery and reinsert it.

It sounds like the firmware might have become corrupt, or the hardware might be failing. It may be difficult or impossible to recover your data. What kind of data were you hoping to get?

If it's constantly giving you a SystemUI error, even in Safe Mode, then I'm not sure how you can access those files. The phone probably would need its firmware reinstalled, but that involves wiping the data from the phone in the process.

Sorry for the delay.
Is there a way to recover phone data after reinstalling?
I've heard that there are some software for this.
