When I turn on the phone, after entering the password pattern, the LG logo will appear on the screen but the system will not go up.
And this message appears on the screen:
Unfortunately the system UI has been stopped.

I have important information on the phone's internal storage, which I have not unfortunately backed up.

I tried to back up the phone using some software on my computer.
But the computer does not detect the phone.
It seems that you need to enable usb debugging.

How do I back up my phone information?
And then restart the phone safely?

    Thanks for your

Yes that's to let you know your in safe mode , is it ok in that mode? To exit out just restart the phone.

In safe mode it gives the same error message:
Unfortunately the system UI has been stopped.

In the meantime, I can't turn off or restart the phone at all.
To turn off the phone, I had to remove the battery and reinsert it.

It sounds like the firmware might have become corrupt, or the hardware might be failing. It may be difficult or impossible to recover your data. What kind of data were you hoping to get?

Mostly media files and PDF documents are more important.
Do you think any software is not helpful?

If it's constantly giving you a SystemUI error, even in Safe Mode, then I'm not sure how you can access those files. The phone probably would need its firmware reinstalled, but that involves wiping the data from the phone in the process.

    Sorry for the delay.
Is there a way to recover phone data after reinstalling?
I've heard that there are some software for this.

Highly unlikely. If the phone is wiped for the firmware reinstallation, then much of that data will get at least partially overwritten. Here's a guide that might be useful: [Guide] Recovering Deleted Files - Android Forums at AndroidCentral.com

A bit of a long shot, but have you tried tethering to a computer and using the computer's browser to find and backup those files?

How to run lgup software on phone?
Will this software erase phone data?

If following the video doesn't help, bring the phone to a repair shop. Compare the price of repairing the phone and getting a new one. It may be cheaper to replace than to repair.

Files on my phone are more important to me than repairing my phone.
I'm looking for a way to back up phone files.
Or if I'm not able to back up, I'm looking for a way to recover files after the phone reset or flash.
Please guide me if you can.
    Thanks

Unfortunately you may be out of luck. We are not affiliated with Android or any manufacturer, so our knowledge is sometimes limited. We are just a bunch of enthusiasts sharing what knowledge we do have. Android is a pretty secure OS, so options for this sort of data recovery are going to be extremely limited. That's why maintaining a good backup protocol is so important.

I've given the only advice I could think of earlier. Hopefully you'll find a resolution, but don't be surprised if you can't.
