How To Turn Off This Spelling Suggestion Thing? (It's NOT Auto Correct Or Predictive)

When I use google speech to text, the words underline themselves, and if I touch near them, a drop down list of other possible words shows up.

I want to turn this OFF. I have searched multiple tutorials, none worked or were related.

Already had predictive text turned off, spell check. None of the settings seem to have this thing.

It looks like some grammatical correction function.. There should be some setting called "suggestions" or similar in the actual app settings? I'm only guessing, I never use those functions..

That's the Samsung keyboard app, not Gboard, right?
