My Samsung Galaxy s9 was repeatedly restarting so I eventually opted for a factory reset. Now I cannot access the phone because it will not even let go on wifi. It says "Unable to connect to WiFi AP. An unauthorized factory reset has been performed on this device. The sign-in screen cannot be accessed." Can you please help? I got it from a friend mom that passed away ..

Well, because of factory reset protection you're going to be out of luck even if you could get to the sign on screen, unless you have the login for the account that was previously signed in to the device.
