Bluetooth headset does not work for normal phone calls. But does on Whatsapp and voice record.

Hello,

So I have purchased a Bluetooth headset for my motorcycle helmet (BT-S2) which overall works perfectly. However, I have an issue where the headset simply doesn't register my voice during normal cellular calls. Applications such as WhatsApp work perfectly fine.

During the phone calls, I can hear them but they cannot hear me.

On the Bluetooth settings, I have ensured that the box for phone calls has been ticked.

On my mobile, I can record my voice using the headset and it comes through perfectly clear.

I am using a Samsung S7.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I'd email the headset manufacturer or the vendor and ask for help.
