On some LG phones at least, the only option in Recovery is Factory Reset. Bootlooping after Factory Resetting suggests hardware or software failure. You could try reflashing the stock firmware as a test of the latter.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, it's probably either bad firmware or hardware. LG is somewhat notorious for bootloops, although that was primarily on the G3 and G4 (and Nexus 5X) -- but I wouldn't be surprised if it happened on their budget phones as well.

"Hard reset" basically means a factory reset using hardware keys, like this: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/l...hoenix-2-k371/. LG phones generally don't have the standard Android Recovery Menu (where the user can wipe the cache partition).
