You would need a phone capable of dual-SIM. You can kind of do that with a Pixel 2 or newer as they use e-SIM which leaves the SIM slot available but that requires going in and manually selecting which to use.

You can have one with Fi on the eSIM, and one with anyone on the physical SIM card. But you can only be using them one at a time - you have to go into Settings to change which one is being used.
