unable to send text or make calls

[Android Central Question]

It worked perfect until about 2 weeks ago, when ever I send a message or make a call I get the response "Let me get some more information so I can help you with that, Tap the notification on your device to continue. I also noticed on Google play when I ask for a song she is asking me for a folder???
Does anybody else have that issue?
