Different results on Windows Speedtest Download vs Browser version?

[Android Central Question]

When I run Ookla Speed Test from my browser, I get download speeds around 45Mbps. I downloaded the Windows app for Ookla and when I run it there, I get downloads of around 215 Mbps. Same laptop, same location, does anyone know why this may be happening. My browser test also used to read 215Mbps but changed to the 45 the other day for no reason. Any ideas?
