i tried flashing twrp on my samsung galaxy a50 but i got frp locked so i flashed an official firmware and now my phone has 6gb.

i have no clue how this happened but like is it possible that somehow my phone used its 6gb RAM as its ROM

No, because if it did, when you restarted the phone it wouldn't do anything. (RAM gets wiped every time you start.)

What more likely happened is that you flashed the wrong copy of TWRP for your phone. Now back up everything (if you can), then flash the stock ROM. Then properly flash the correct version of TWRP.

If you have the Exynos version (F. D) use https://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...y-a50-t3916199

For other versions, google the model you have - like samsung a50 w8 twrp. (There's no official version of TWRP for the A50.)
