How do I turn off message blocking? Am I able to make calls to Windsor Canada?

Message blocking is off by default. (But if someone is sending you an iMessage from an iPhone, and you've ever had an iPhone, Mac or any other Apple device, you'll have to remove your number from iMessage - and they'll have to check the SMS box at least the first time they send you an iMessage.)

You can call Canada if you add the Extras Pack (for $10/month).

Welcome to Android Central! Are you getting a notification that Message Blocking is turned on? If you can't find any option for it in the system settings or the messaging app's settings, then talk to your carrier's customer support and see if it's something that was turned on on the carrier side for your account.
