If you mean the ones in the keyboard, probably not. (You'd have to root the phone, then you'd have to learn what you're doing. Extract the keyboard .apk, open it, find the .gifs, delete the ones you don't want, rename it ]you can't install an app when it's already installed, and you can't uninstall the default keyboard] and install it. Then use that renamed keyboard.)

1. Open settings
2. Search for Samsung Keyboard
3. Select Samsung Keyboard under "app info"
4. Choose storage
5. Choose clear cache and clear data at the bottom
