What app can I use to Prevent the device being Powered Off?

I have a Samsung Tab A 8.0

I want to prevent the Tablet being turned off and prevent access to the settings, but i dont want to lock the screen.

I tried "Password to Power Off - App Lock - Vault: lockIO but it did not work.

I paid for premium but could not activate any premium function and any password could be entered to shut down the computer not just the one programmed. Could even uninstall the app without using a password.

Find my Device is also not good as it locks the screen as well which I do not want.

is there any other apps that do this similar functions or two different apps.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm not sure there's any way to do that short of rooting the device, or possibly installing enterprise-level device management software. You can always force a shutdown of any Android device by pressing and holding the Power button for about 20 seconds (for Samsung devices, the Power and Vol Down button together for 20 seconds).
